Our Structured plan for establishing our global fundraising network, based on the Haitian diaspora and organized by continental, national, and state representation. This plan from Punu Media ORG provides the organizational structure needed to start the initiative to encourage the Haitian diaspora to come together to strengthen Haiti.

Punu: the Global Fundraising Network Powered by the Haitian Diaspora has a multiple Representation and Organization Structure. This website defines the power of the whole, and definitely it is really together that we can, and on this organized networking, we will together ensure the preservation and sovereignty of Haiti with maximum efficiency by giving the little we can.

We have a Representative on each Continent (RC). They are the spearhead of the initiative on each continent where the Haitian diaspora is represented. *Their main role is to:* 1 Supervise and coordinate all fundraising activities at the continental level. * 2 Serve as a direct liaison between the central administration and the national representatives (RDP). * Set continental fundraising goals in collaboration with the RDP.

3 Suggested Count: Representatives by Continent (based on the size and dispersion of the diaspora). B. Representatives by Country (RDP) The RDP is the operational unit on the ground, essential for carrying out the collection.*

Main Role: *Organize and implement the “Fund Relay” at the national level.*

Actively mobilize the local Haitian diaspora and manage relationships with donors. Regularly report progress to the RDC.

Representative Count by Country: The number of RDPs should be adjustable based on the size and density of the Haitian diaspora in each country. Proposal: Provide a minimum of 3 to 10 Representatives per Country (to be adjusted for countries with a very high concentration of diaspora, such as the United States or France).

Fundraising Mechanism (The Relay) Fundraising will be carried out through a structured "relay" mechanism, ensuring a cascade of mobilization from the continental summit down to the national level. A. Initiation by the Continental Representatives (RDC) The RDCs are responsible for launching and orchestrating the fundraising campaign for their region. They define the themes, the continent's financial goals, and convey the campaign directives to the RRP. B. Relay by the Representatives of the Respective Countries (RRP) Once the initiative is launched by the RDC, funding is activated through a relay executed by the RRP.

*National implementation: The RRP organizes events, digital fundraisers, and donation appeals to the diaspora in their country.

*Local management: They are responsible for managing and securely transferring the funds collected under the supervision of the RDC.

Funding from the Haitian Diaspora (Source of Financing) The large Punu Media ORG network will be supported by the Haitian diaspora in various countries around the world. This is the unique and essential donor base for this initiative. The effort of the RDP will focus on the effective and transparent mobilization of this funding source. This plan provides you with a clear roadmap to establish the structure, identify target countries, and set up the collection mechanism.
